WELCOME TO
Oak Tree 114 Bed and Breakfast is a dream come true: living and sharing with our guests the home we love. It is an elegant and comfortable house, surrounded by a big garden and a terrace facing a breathtaking view, ranging from the Sibillini Mountains, the valley of River Musone – with the towns of Recanati and Loreto – the Riviera del Conero with Sirolo, Numana and Porto Recanati. The beaches of Numana are only 10 minutes by car; we are in a strategic position to reach the natural attractions of Riviera del Conero. It’s a Biker friendly BnB as we offer free protected garage parking for bicycles and motorbikes, with everything you may need to wash, recharge or repair them.
My name is Roberto Menghini and I enjoy welcoming my guests in order to make their stay unforgettable, with kindness and all the information I can give about our beautiful region: the Marche. We pay attention to their eating habits and needs at breakfast time. I am keen on motorcycling, tourism, local heritage and culture. I love giving my guests the opportunity to discover the foods of our territory.

Check-in: between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
For later arrivals please call in advance.
Breakfast service: from 7:30 to 9:30 a. m. we serve breakfast to satisfy your habits.
After 9:30 guests can help themselves with the coffee machine, microwave oven and food from the fridge.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payments: (for extra Booking reservations or other platforms) 40% deposit on the amount due by bank transfer 7 days before arrival; balance in cash or by debit / credit card at check-out.
No smoking: smoking is prohibited in all interior spaces. Smoking is only allowed outside by using your personal ashtrays or provided by the BnB .
Use of keys: access to the structure and rooms is allowed with the delivery of a remote control and a copy of the keys.
The loss of remote control and keys involves the payment of Euro 100.00.
